A Letter from CEO Manny Marcano

To my EDA friends,

I wanted to personally reach out to update you on what we are doing during this unprecedented time. I understand it is vital for engineers to have access to the software they need to effectively do their jobs from home. Therefore, we believe it is our company’s responsibility to step up and help in whatever way we can. To ease the burden of transitioning to work at home, I wanted to extend a small offer.

Here at EMA, we pride ourselves on being a valued resource within our industry. As such, we are diligently working towards easing the impact this will have on our customers by:

Continuing to work normal business hours: Our team will continue to work normal business hours. They have the resources and tools they need to do their jobs remotely. Our tech support is available by phone or email and is ready to support you with the best-in-class service you’ve come to expect.

Taking care of one another: We understand the enormous impact this is having on our customers. We realize that for us to get through this, we must pull together.  If there is anything EMA can do to help with your projects, please let me know.  We will do our best to support you.

We will continue to monitor the situation and make further adjustments to our action plan as necessary. The well-being of our customers and employees are of utmost importance to us.

Thank you for your steadfast support of our business.  I am truly grateful and hope I can help during this time of need.

Sincerely,

Manny Marcano

President
