Manny Marcano is the President of EMA Design Automation. Manny has over 20 years experience in the Electronic Design Automation (EDA) industry and 30 years in electronic technology. He started EMA as a small New York State Value Added Reseller and within a few years grew EMA into a full-service provider of EDA solutions serving North America.Â
Nancy is the Vice President of EMA. She oversees all financial departments including Fulfillment, Finance, and Operations. She is responsible for corporate financial planning and analysis, tax, treasury, risk management, and internal audits. Nancy has been with EMA since its beginning in 1989 and has a proven track record of driving financial success, helping EMA continue to be the profitable company it is today.
Nancy holds a degree in Mathematics from SUNY Geneseo and has been the proud wife of Manny Marcano for 45 years (and counting).
Emmanuel Marcano III (M3) is the Executive General Manager for EMA. He oversees the company’s logistics, strategic planning, purchasing, and day-to-day business operations.
Prior to his career with EMA, M3 served as a Police Officer with the Rochester Police Department. During this time, he helped establish a Badge of Honor program which raises money for the families of police officers in the 24 counties of Western and Central New York in the event of a line of duty death.
